November 8th Update

What an amazing couple weeks it has been!

The Mennonite Central Committee Saskatchewan Annual meeting - with many from our church in attendance and also our amazing Spanish worship team got to lead some worship!  Great times!

Empower 12 - also was a fantastic weekend.  Hearing Dr Pringle share about "the pathway to revival" as well as the numerous worship shop presenters and concluding with an amazing night during the Concert of Prayer with the Saskatoon Worship Community!  WOW!  God is good!

It has been a busy few weeks - but there are still so many different ways to continue serving and helping others.

Our very own "Comfort Makers" have been making many blankets, pillows and so much else - just this past week, we got to give away over 3 dozen blankets (adult and child sized) - they were given to the Bridge on 20th and to the Lighthouse!  What an amazing gift it was!

Looking ahead - we have a few different extra activities:

November 25th - we will have a special service with the start to the Advent Christmas season.  It will be a joint service with both our Spanish and English together.  We will do some baby dedications, and begin a series on "HOPE" - following the service is a old-school pot luck lunch (everyone is invited to stay) - and after that the Leadership Team will present our 2013 proposed budget for a ratification vote.

December 24th, 6:30 pm - or fantastic and ever amazing Christmas Eve Service.  This is by far the largest attended event of the year - and we invite YOU to come and remember the reason for the season with us!
